It's here! Yes, our 4th Annual Save Our Tail Sale is rapidly approaching but it is not too late for you to still participate.
Items that do not sale will be held for our auction or donated to other non-profit organizations who we network with in saving lives.
All donations are tax-deductible and a receipt is available at the time of your drop-off.
While we appreciate all donations, we ask that you review the "do's and don'ts" below and review the list of items we can NOT accept.
ADDITIONAL WAYS YOU CAN HELP
VOLUNTEER:
Volunteers are needed to help spread the word. You can print a flyer and distribute them in your community.
Want to participate? Volunteers are needed to help with set up and take down.
Set Up: September 1- 3 anytime (contact Linda to arrange a time to help) or actually help manage the tables during the sale.
Take Down: Sunday, September 7 - 12:00 noon. Give an hour or two to help us box up the goods for delivery on Monday.
RECYCLED GOODS:
Cell Phones, Printer Cartridges and Soda Cans & Plastic Bottles: Click here to learn more about our recycling program and how your donation can help both our planet, and RVAS save lives.
PLASTIC BAGS:
Your plastic grocery bags make wonderful packaging for or online store, and for bagging goods at our many events.
INDIVIDUAL GARAGE SALE:
Have a sale by yourself or with friends and donate the proceeds to RVAS. You can post a sign"Proceeds from this sale benefit the animals at the Raccoon Valley Animal Sanctuary & Rescue". For more information contact Linda.
BOXES:
We are looking for clean, new or slightly used, packing boxes to store the donated items in until the sale. Paper boxes (xerox) work well too. |
