SAVE THE CATS OF RANDOLPH, IOWA |
The residents of Randolph, Iowa accepted a resolution to implement a trap-neuter-return and maintenance program for their free-roaming feral and stray feline overpopulation.
RVAS has joined the efforts of animal welfare organizations from around the country including, Iowa, Nebraska, Utah and Minnesota which will cost an estimated $10,000.
